since I posted anything here. I guess blogging is a dying trend between me and my friends. We get so busy with the world that we live in so much so a lot of other things/stuff/whatever you may call it, can wait. I will keep the posts here in my drafts and locked away from the world. I have to say I am not able to update this blog or keep this blog alive. However, the posts posted in this blog are words of memory sake.

It's has been awhile. I just feel a need to rant. I am in the customer service line and I do know what I am good at and what I am not. I have to improve and this is something I know. But seriously, do people really think that those working in the customer service line  has ALOT of patience and tolerance for you being unreasonable? I admit that not everywhere has good customer service. Especially when, they pick and choose who they want to serve. And most of the time, you have to see their mood. Don't try to deny because it damn freaking obvious. It's EVERYWHERE. Otherwise, they will follow you around the shop and keep asking or pushing for you to buy. I know they need sales. But they just need to have a balance. Anyway, I am getting out of point. No one likes people being late. Especially, for appointments at say.. a dentist appointment or for instance in my case is, late for their waxing service.

To us, honestly speaking, and I believe that it applies to everyone especially for businesses, time = money. If you are late, we can't let you do your treatment, you COMPLAIN. If we just let you do it, you are happy BUT the next customer RIGHT AFTER YOU, has to wait for YOU to come out and go in for their service when they are ON TIME. Do you think it's fair? I don't. How would you like it if you are on time for your appointment but the customer before is late and we let her go ahead and do it. You'll COMPLAIN right? Don't lie. You will be thinking "Just get another therapist to do the next customer's service la". It's either you're stupid or retarded. Like I mentioned, time = money. What makes you think other therapist don't have other customers? 

You're late, have the courtesy to either call to reschedule or let us know you'll be late. How late would you be? Be honest and don't lie and say that you're one minute away when you're actually 10minutes away. At least, we'll be able to tell you if we are able to continue with your service. Don't insist on having your service done when, WE CAN'T SLOT YOU IN. And don't be an ass. You're the one who is late. Don't say that we wasted your time by travelling down. You're the one who said you can make it. You wasted your OWN TIME.

This morning after gym, my mum and I decided to have lunch at Tampines1 Kopitiam as we needed to get some stuff from a shop there. While having my lunch, I saw a family of 4 having their lunch as well. Nothing new? Well, maybe... Because it is not the first time I saw that the parents were feeding their children. Mind you, their kids are not very young kindergarten kids.. They are already and probably Pri 3 - 5? They are not abnormal children. How would I know? Well, they were communicating with their parents like any spoiled brats would.

Since they were twins, the mum fed one the father fed the other and after that the mum then had her lunch and the kids ran ard and play. I don't get it.. The kids can run and play and talk and push one another with their hands but can't feed themselves? Are the parents going to feed them till they are working adults? What a disgraceful sight..

If you're someone reading this and getting angry, you're just one of them who loves to spoil your children by giving them whatever they want. Hence, giving them all "rights" by stepping all over your head. If you don't like what you read, then click the red button with x at the top right corner. My opinion not yours.

Hm.. Well, since there weren't much to blog about recently, I didn't blog..

Recently, I did go to USS (Universal Studios Singapore). =) I would recommend to visit! It was a fun day. Although, I didn't get to see a lot of characters or even take photos with them, I did see Shrek and Fiona, Woody Woodpecker's back -.- and Beetlejuice.. Photos of my visit to USS will be uploaded to my facebook. =)

A few things to take note though. If you intend to bring kids there, if they are not above 1.2m they can't go for various rides. For safety reasons that they might get flung out of the ride. There is a ride that if you want to, you can wear a poncho to prevent yourself from getting wet. Soaking wet. There were some rides where there was technical difficulties and I couldn't ride on them. Too bad.. I will plan to go again.. But not anytime soon.

It was fun! I definitely enjoyed myself! =D To those who think or say that "Oh... I think this or that place in this or that country is better... Blah blah blah..." Excuse me.. You're in Singapore.. Stop complaining.

Morning for me was the usual, going to the gym for exercise then we'll go to the near-by food centre to have brunch. Then was home to rest.

2 days before Saturday my family and I decided to watch 'Shrek Forever After in 3D' so we went online to book the tickets and left for dinner followed by Downtown East Cathay Cineplex to watch the movie.

We had Sakae sushi for dinner! My cravings for sushi has finally been settled! Yay! Haha! =D 

After dinner we proceeded to take a train and short bus ride to Downtown East.

Overall, I must say the show is nice and the 3D effects are fantastic! It looks as if you're able to touch it! Hm... I ever did watch a 3D movie before and it's not fantastic. The show was called Bloody Valentine'.. What a waste of money that show was.

But but but.. Shrek is really fantastic!!! I would really recommend everyone to watch!

I looked around and try to narrow down my search on different mascaras that will help my stubborn, thin, stick straight lashes have curls, volume, length and of course not smudge when I tear or perspire a lot. Which is why I don't use mascaras that are not waterproof or claims that it is smudge proof. I have used them before, so during the day, I will keep checking in a small mirror that I carry around and have a piece of tissue in my hand to wipe off the mess under my eyes otherwise, I will have panda eyes at the end of the day.

I bought these mascaras with my own money and I am not affiliated with these companies in any way at all. It is my own opinion and everyone is different so it may be different from what you experience. Please do more research first before you decide on whether you want to get it or not. Mascara no.1: Rimmel Extra Super Lash Mascara(brand is from London) I found out about this while looking through reviews from Youtube, blogs and forums. I got it from Watsons. I was actually looking  for the Rimmel Extra Super Lash Curved Brush mascara but I think it is not available in Singapore yet.

I spotted two cars a few weeks back that were of a different colour. It wasn't the usual colours that we see on the roads. Probably some of you have seen it many times but it's a first for me. =)

I received a text earlier this afternoon from a friend. It has a photo attached and it shows the stupidity in that particular person.

Opening an umbrella IN the car. Just because there is sunlight shining on her and she doesn't like it. It just NEVER occurred to her that it is dangerous doing that. Because the driver will not be able to see any cars on the left, use the left side mirror to check for cars (in case he needs to change lanes). Nevertheless, the driver being her bf defended her.

And I quote:
C asked if driver can see the cars on the left when she did that?
He said "Can.... Cos see from rear view mirror." (Huh? What about blind spots and cars directly on the left side of the car?)
C replied: "Now i know why you will get into accidents."
He tried to explain: "Ya.. Can... Last time the driving instructor taught me to use rear view mirror to see...etc...etc...etc.."
C walks away.

So now I know that what he learned during his practical lessons a few years back is to drive dangerously. Risking other people's life. I will never ever again sit in the car that guy is driving knowing that he has that mentality. Better be safe than sorry.

Did most of you switch off the lights during Earth Hour? My family and I did. Haha.. Save electricity..

There's a certain product that I have been using and absolutely love! I must point out first that, I am in NO WAY earning anything from anyone by blogging about my opinion on a certain product, every skin is different so look around for reviews by people before really deciding whether to get it or not.

Ok.. So.. I happen to chance upon it in the Newspaper from a few weeks back about 'Beauty Alternatives' and that they were recommending 'Sudocrem' (it's from UK). It is a cream where mummys use it for their baby's nappy rash. And it would be an effective pimple cream! Yes! You're reading it right! PIMPLE CREAM! 

I have tried many different types of pimple creams or gels, where they may say that the zit will disappear after 3days. Right that didn't happen for me and the results would be having scars around for many weeks. (My skin has really poor healing capabilities) So I decided to try it out. Why not? It comes in a 60g bottle for $12 and I use very little of it. So it will last me quite some time. I tried immediately on the day of purchase. The pimples that were about to swell into a pulsating pimple reduced it's swelling in 2days. You can imagine the joy~! So now my pimples can heal faster!!! Yay! Finally!

A few of the ingredients stated in their website:

• hypoallergenic lanolin, to help provide emollient properties
• zinc oxide is an astringent which reduces the loss of tissue fluid
• benzyl benzoate and benzyl cinnamate are amongst the ingredients of Peru Balsam, recognised for its healing properties
• benzyl alcohol is a weak local anaesthetic which acts to ease localised pain and irritation. It also acts as a disinfectant/antibacterial agent and is responsible for protection against common bacterial contaminants.

I have yet to try it on cuts. =) Wait till I fall and get an abrasion or something then I'll try(CHOY!). Haha.. It is also said that it works for bites and cuts. If you have the cream and you're thinking that you already used it on your baby, then maybe just buy a new bottle or wipe off the top layer of the cream and use a cotton bud/small spatula (to scoop out a small amount) for whatever purpose in future..
